• Diagnostic services including hearing loss assessments
• Counselling clients on hearing loss
• Recommendation and selection of hearing protection devices and accessories, such as noise reduction, swim and musician earplugs, and custom iPod and Bluetooth earpieces

We follow up with clients one week after their initial visit and every six months thereafter to check on hearing aid maintenance and to answer any questions or concerns they may have.

• Video-otoscope, which allows clients to see what the hearing specialist sees
• Specialized software for hearing aid programming
